If you have performed a sample rate change sometimes the Inputs and Outputs of the PlayAUDIO12 will default to 8 Out and 8 In.
To fix this you will need to reset the interface to Factory Defaults in Auracle (or change it in iConfig to be 2 in 14 out). After you commit the changes it should work properly again.
