My Windows computer no longer recognizes my iConnectMIDI+ interface

In Device Manager, my interface is not recognized in “Sound, video and game controllers”, but the USB port it is connected to has a yellow exclamation point with a This device cannot start. (Code 10) error in its properties.

This appears to be caused by disabling the Audio PassThru capability for the USB Device Jack that your computer is connected to, causing it to no longer communicate properly. To regain connectivity, re-enable the Audio PassThru feature using the iConfig application. When you have done that, select Save to Device to ensure it will stay that way each time it boots up.
