How to send us a Windows Crash Log

If you are having problems with your iConnectivity software crashing on your Windows system, it can help to greatly speed up the process of helping you if you send us a screenshot of the Windows crash log.
  1. Click Windows Start button
  2. Type eventvwr into Search and hit Enter - this will bring up a window labelled Event Viewer
  3. Expand the Custom Views entry
  4. Click Administrative Events
