If you are having problems with your iConnectivity software crashing on your Windows system, it can help to greatly speed up the process of helping you if you send us a screenshot of the Windows crash log.
Click Windows Start button
Type eventvwr into Search and hit Enter - this will bring up a window labelled Event Viewer
Expand the Custom Views entry
Click Administrative Events
